FAQ

I added this to address some of the frequent questions that reach me. Thanks for these questions! Drop me an email here, if you have more.

What exactly is this?

This is a small integration layer that connects Zoom Meetings with Brevo so webinars can be run cleanly without webinar software, calendars, or automation chains.

It's not a new platform and not a replacement for either tool.

Is this a product I can buy today?

No.

This is currently an experiment to understand whether this problem is common enough to justify turning it into a product.

Right now, the goal is learning — not selling.

Why not just use Zoom Webinar?

Zoom Webinar is designed for large, controlled broadcasts.

For many small to medium businesses, coaches, and creators, Zoom Meetings already do the job — at a much lower cost and with more human interaction.

The problem isn't Zoom Webinar itself. It's that it becomes expensive and rigid very quickly.

But I do love Zoom and the layer would still be compatible with and add value to Zoom Webinar, if it's required.

Why not use GoToWebinar, WebinarJam or similar tools?

Those tools work and I, for example, had to use WebinarJam before — but they introduce:

  • another system
  • another data silo
  • another monthly bill
  • partial integrations with your existing email stack

If you already use Brevo and Zoom, they often solve problems you don't actually have.

Why not just connect Brevo, Zoom, and Calendly with Zapier?

Because "possible" and "clean" are not the same thing.

Typical issues:

  • lost webinar context
  • exploding lists
  • brittle automations
  • inconsistent reminders
  • timezone edge cases
  • unclear opt-out handling across systems

This approach avoids those by treating webinars as a workflow, not a side effect.

Do I need Zoom Webinar for this?

No.

This explicitly uses Zoom Meetings, not Zoom Webinar.

But the resulting webinar marketing automation that comes with it for free, would still be useful even for people that upgrade to Zoom Webinar.

Do I need a paid Brevo plan?

Not necessarily.

The setup originally worked on the Brevo free plan.

More advanced use cases may require paid features, but there is no required "webinar tier".

Is this a webinar platform?

No.

There are:

  • no landing page builders
  • no funnels
  • no upsells
  • no course hosting
  • no analytics dashboards

All of that stays where it already is — or doesn't exist at all.

Who is this for?

Typically:

  • coaches
  • consultants
  • creators
  • small teams
  • anyone running recurring live sessions

If you need:

  • thousands of attendees
  • strict broadcast control
  • enterprise compliance layers

…this is probably not for you.

What problem is this not trying to solve?

This does not:

  • improve your webinar content
  • increase attendance magically
  • replace your CRM
  • replace Zoom or Brevo
  • simplify marketing in general

It only removes unnecessary tooling around webinars.

Why is this so "boring"?

Because boring systems are predictable, cheaper, and easier to maintain.

This exists precisely because exciting stacks tend to break in unexciting ways.

What happens if this becomes a product?

If it does:

  • it will stay small
  • it will stay focused
  • it will integrate, not replace
  • pricing (if any) will reflect that

If it doesn't:

  • nothing breaks
  • nothing is locked in
  • you lose nothing by having looked

How can I give feedback or express interest?

There's a short form on the site where you can:

  • leave your email
  • describe your current setup or pain

That's all that's being collected right now.
